1. Treatment of cylinder pull
Mix a little epoxy resin glue, gently apply it along the cylinder scratches to fill it, leave it for about 20 minutes, then sprinkle a small layer of talcum powder, gently press it, and then use a piece of cardboard to scrape it into an arc that matches the cylinder, and then leave it for 4-6 hours. This method is only suitable for minor scratches. If the situation is more serious, it is better to change the cylinder.
2. Quickly clean the cylinder carbon deposits
Twist out the spark plug, spray a few times of carburetor cleaning agent into the cylinder from the spark plug hole, then tighten the spark plug, turn on the ignition switch and step on the car, and wait for the engine to run for a few minutes. This situation is only suitable for loose carbon deposits. If it is old dust, forget it. Minor carbon deposits can sometimes be solved by driving on a straight road at high speed.
3. Tips on how to remove the cylinder head
If you encounter a motorcycle with a cylinder head that is too tight, first remove the fixing screws, then drip a few drops of gasoline into the cylinder from the spark plug hole, reinstall the spark plug, and then use a rope to tie the cylinder body and cylinder head tightly, turn on the ignition switch and step hard on the starter lever, and when the engine explodes, you can easily remove the cylinder head.
