The transmission of helical gear and the aluminum extrusion cylinder cover are adopted, which can improve the stability of transmission and the rigidity of the complete machine, and meanwhile, reduce mechanical noise.

 

Advanced environmental protection, and stable speed change rate

The electronic-controlled fuel system can realize the accurate control of fuel injection quantity and injection timing, the sufficient burning, and low emission, so it belongs to the highly recommended technical route of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

 

Low oil consumption

P-shaped oil pump and P-shaped nozzle are adopted for the diesel engine, with good fuel oil atomization, sufficient burning, and low oil consumption. Of which, four-value fuel saving characteristic is adopted for L, M, and N series of diesel engines; besides, the mature electronic-controlled common rail system of Germany BOSCH Company can be adopted, for it is equipped with high injection pressure, good fuel oil atomization, and more sufficient burning, and the steady timing ratio thereof can reach to 1%.

 

Intelligent maintenance

ECU can support CAN line fault diagnosis flash codes, and the fault diagnosis tester can easily

read the fault information, and facilitate the maintenance. Besides, it can also support APP diagnosis, service, and callback, and meanwhile, realize remote diagnosis. Even if the engine is in mountains and fields, the faults can still be easily eliminated, so it can meet the special operation requirements of non-road machineries.
