Production description:
1. Cylinder head appearance -- The newly-designed integrated cylinder head provides a simple appearance.
2. New heat engine structure -- new oil passage in cylinder head ensure a more rational mechanism and reduced cylinder head noise.
3. Roller valve arm -- roller valve arm adopted to reduce the friction at the contact between camshaft and the arm. Ball bearing uesd at the neck of the camshaft reduces power loss.
4. Lightweight piston with Piaggio tool marks -- reduces piston abrasion and improves power output. Oil groove added to improve lubrication and prolong piston life.
5. Optimized camshaft contour -- increases engine power and torque, and the starting and overtaking accelerations of the vehicle superior to other similar ones.
6. Crankshaft -- with thickened inner race, the crankshaft bearing has better strength ang longer service life; the shortened connecting rod reduces the reciprocating inertial force and is a thorough solution to engine detonation. Eccentric design of crankshaft to reduce friction loss, improve combustion efficiency and reduce oil consumption.
